Having a weird time with off-plan eating. Perhaps there's a little extra stress because I'm considering a big life change so I'm experiencing a lot of uncertainty. Bad eating has resulted in an immediate weight gain so it's time to set new goals and rededicate myself to the "new me" project. Since I've been at it for a year and will need at least another 6 months, it helps to freshen it up from time to time!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
