10st 4 (0.5 off at WW) Another disappointing result, although at least in the right direction this time! My calorie log for this month, which is usually an accurate indicator and proof I've not been kidding myself all this time, shows that I should certainly have lost more than this. At least I was prepared for it because I knew my work trousers were still just as tight. The Saturday morning weigh in at WW isn't really going to work out, she's a brilliant leader but it's just too far away, too much fuel cost and time. It really started my weekend off on a downer yesterday too which is no fun, and then all day as a post weigh in grey area isn't always the best plan when you're disappointed with your result!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Any loss is a great loss!! Great job! You also have to look at the fact you don't have a lot left to lose. A small amount each week is very normal at your current weight and the weight you have to lose. People with 50 or more pounds may have higher amounts each week. The lower amounts means you are losing fat. Higher would most likely mean water and some muscle too (you probably don't have a lot of fat on your body). So you are doing great.

I know it can be very discouraging when the scale isn't as generous as you would like. But like you said, you are moving in the right direction. For so long I just kept putting on a little more each week and I just didn't have it in me to do anything about it. Try to be pleased with yourself that you are making an effort in the right direction. Well done! My goal is 10 st.11 and I'm 14 st 8 as of this morning. But I'm headed down. :)
