Well---I have had pain in my shoulder and back. So I haven't been exercising, that combined with all of the parties, and excessive eating I have gain 12lbs. Time to get back on the grind---my B-day is Friday and I hate that I will be facing another year with a gain.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 127.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
