Woke up this morning and could hardly get out of bed, I felt so dizzy! Checking my food stats this morning I realised salt intake for yesterday was under 2k, in reality it's a bit more as I added salt to vegetables and egg but didn't record the salt in the diary. But I think lacking in salt could be the cause, so I had a glassful of carbonated water with 1/4 teasp of lo-salt. Gosh it tasted so refreshing, I just might make that a routine. Maybe a lack of salt minerals could be why I had a weight drop? In the past I've blamed weight gain on having salty broth, heck I'm trying to be fair lol. Fair of not, I'm delighted for every gram of weight that's banished for Good!
