I have gone through a major change in my life and I plan on putting the past aside and living for the now. Losing weight for me is a must for my health. I don't want to be a supermodel or anything, just want to be more healthier than I am now. I have week in the past and that has affected my weight loss or lack there of.
So, here is to a fresh new start in my life! My first goal is to drop 10 pounds. I know my knees will thank me. LOL. I would love to do my first ever 5K this summer. That is my second goal. In that order too. So, as soon as I have lost my first 10 pounds, I will start training for my first 5K! I live in Arkansas and the weather has been rough here lately but I believe that it is going to pass and be a great summer. I will close this for now and everyone enjoy the Memorial Day weekend and give thanks to those that have fought for our freedom. Thank you soldiers!!!
