On again, off again and now I am determined to be permanently on again!
I feel positive about the changes that I am making, and that I finally have some thyroid medicine that works. I can do it!!
214.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
