Experienced some gain, though still keeping carbs under 25 grams. I suspect it's from eating more cheese than usual and had 1 zevia soda each of the two days. Buh bye to those edibles!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
