I sabotaged my weight loss over the weekend.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1222 kcal Fat: 50.08g | Prot: 103.43g | Carb: 89.46g.   Breakfast: High Protein Nutrient Supplement Powder, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen) , Nancy's Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original. Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel) , Hummus , Mission Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, Peach, Delallo Portabella Mushrooms with Roasted Peppers, Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat) . Dinner: G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Birds Eye Stir-fry Vegetables, Azumaya Firm Tofu. Snacks/Other: Tillamook Zero Sugar Beef Jerky. more...
