Disgusted, Annoyed, FED-UP Frustrated, I thought I really did well this week, expected a good drop, but instead I gained. OK I did have wine one night this week and yes I did treat myself yesterday by having a few Sausages, I feel so down I think I might just go out and buy some wine and sweet cakes.

sorry about that but weight loss often goes up and down depending on other things. Don't beat yourself up about it. Maybe it will be better next week.

Thanks, Upapa Epops, will try even harder this week, and maybe not drown my sorrow, better still go and have some retail therapy, buy a dress a size smaller as an incentive to get into !

Hey do not give up now! It is probably water weight from the sausages and all that sodium in them. The fluctuations happen, fat fights back, we need to be consistent in our efforts.

You will only get out of it, what you put into it. If you cheat, it goes up, if you eat clean, it goes down. But that right there is most likely water weight. Don't alarm yourself for I see a drop coming your way. Your body is seeing that you are eating differently. Don't give to much credence to the scale unless it goes up 2.0 pounds as water and bodyfat is fickle. Keep up the good work. You can do it.

Keep the faith. If you stick to it, you will see the loss on the scale. I get discouraged sometimes, but even a bit of exercise seems to build muscle and make me retain water so the scale doesn't show the losses as quickly. Then the drop will show all of a sudden a week later. So maybe the sausages were loaded with sodium and you are retaining water, or you exercised and your muscles are recovering. If you stick to it, you will see the results. Patience and perseverance !

No! No! No! Kaysilke! Do not be defeated. Each journey only begins with just on step. When you have a bad day or a bad week, just get up the next day and think of only today. As if there is no yesterday or last week. Begin your journey anew.

Ha ha ...C67241, you are so right about the up and down part...cheat sends arrow up..clean sends it down...also I found it stalls at not eating enough calories... I upped them so now I will see how that works...was feeling a bit dizzy..think my cal's were too low...

Don't get frustrated- 1200 calories - you flex daily calorie intake/ also remember if you drink alcohol that should be posted in food log just as you would soda, milk , coffee ect
