FS won't let me post my meals so I will just write what I'm having, chicken breast, spaghetti, and drinking kombucha. my head feels so much better today thanks so much for your support and prayers.

253.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb. Still to go: 13.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm happy you're feeling better too! But I miss your beautiful pix! What's going on here with our beloved FS? Maybe the upgrades are messing it up? Has anyone let them know? They're usually pretty responsive.
