Well considering I went to a bachelor party on Saturday and did my normal non-diet following Sunday I'm extremely happy to have come in at my lowest weight so far today. I was really good at the bachelor party and had brought enough food to keep me on target in terms of calories. I got a heart healthy option at dinner. My only thing was I ate 2 cupcakes but overall that wasn't bad. Last night got to eat the striped bass that I had caught the day before and it was delicious.

Glad to have things back to normal though and back into the diet / exercise regime!

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh the guys ordered a appetizer of meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese. They looked absolutely amazing. I might need to try making something like this of my own using turkey meatballs and low calorie mozzarella cheese sticks. We'll see...have a bbq coming up on the 11th of June, maybe i'll make them for that.

Nice job resisting temptations - 2 cupcakes is well deserved after resisting a meatball with cheese appetizer. I hope you had a great rest of the weekend :)

Great job! I have yet to be tempted by such things but I have a camping trip, graduation party, wedding, & summer concert fest all in June...YIKES! Fingers crossed that I can stay on track! Have a great week and glad to hear you had a good weekend!

Oh I so did NOT see your comment about the cheese stuffed meatballs...the lil fat kid in me drooled...just a little. Sounds amazing but my stomach would have hated me later lol and I oh so much love cheese.
