A couple days higher earlier this week that bumped up my 7-day average, but I seem to be hovering mostly around 133 lately. We'll let my body get used to this weight, I guess, and then see if I can nudge it a little lower. It's like coaxing a reluctant puppy down the stairs 😜

133 is an excellent weight to hover at.

Thanks, Morticia! It's high school weight for me. I'd like to go just a little bit lighter, but if this is where I stop, I'll take it 👍

Do my best, Navywifeski, thanks! 😊 I have no ambitions to wear a bikini, but I'd like to extend my life as long as possible. You have a great weekend, too! 😃

Great analogy!! My body seems to like where I am at, it’s like a statue of a puppy.😆

cansino -- it was SUCH a good feeling when I did my seasonal clothes switch-out to find everything in the "too small" storage tub fit, or were even too big. I was able to put three "too big" tubs in storage, and I'm still collecting a few I missed on first pass. With weight regain so common, I'm hanging onto them until I'm confident I won't need them again. I'm actually in dire need of smaller clothes right now, but I don't want to spend too much (I'm kinda cheap)

sugarplum -- getting there, although the last couple of weeks haven't been going so well and I need to reel it in. I'd like to go a little lighter. I also know I need to start exercising more and build a little muscle mass. Still a work in progress 😊
