followed 100% for last 2 days; Last night I did a major trip to the store and then cooked, using 3 different recipes so my food is pretty much handled for today, tomorrow and Friday. Roasted veggies, quinoa pilaf, 2 different kinds of chicken breasts and a black bean/chipotle spread to use with whole wheat chapatis and the veggies for a lunch.
