I am feeling great!!!!!!!!!! Appetite is getting under control, sugar cravings are leaving....was a super day...down another pound...11.7 lbs so far!
257.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 107.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
