Didn't feel well last night or early this morning...so skipped my 7:30am walk. Near lunchtime now, and feeling much better. Maybe ate lunch too fast yesterday; I'm not sure. Glad to see 180 this morning though. Trying for extra protein today.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
