Big time bad! 10 lb gain in 3 weeks. I admit, I wasn't dieting or really watching what I ate. But the good news is that I'm back to it as of today! I figured a weigh-in would be motivating, plus, I just felt ready. All is not lost, because I have kept off 60 lbs! Time to get things under control again. BTW, I am constantly hungry when I eat carbs. No lie. I can't get enough. They do NOT agree with me! This morning I had a big breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese, thick bacon, a banana, and an Atkins cherry pecan bar. I told you I have a big appetite! That's okay though, because I'm sure it will calm down a little as I continue to eat healthy :-)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week
