I gained 1 Lb after a little indulge of 130Gms carbs and 1300kcals. I found I can stomach a cookie. I just wanted to know what it tastes like.
223.2 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Instead of cookies, chocolate cake, and other processed garbage carbs that your body is straining to digest this week, maybe try a healthy sweet snack/dessert instead: Berries. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries are all lower in carbs and calories, are in season now, and packed with vitamins, fiber & nutrients. Count it as a blessing that the processed carbs that once made you unhealthy are now being rejected by your body.
