Well girlfriends, I am proud to say, one more pound down, and more to go, at least the scale is going in the right direction. Secret, weigh myself every morning except week-ends. Come Monday morning I look at the scale and see how I did. Must confess sometimes I get mad at myself for gaining the one pound that cost me a whole week to loose. But I find it easier to loose it again and another pound for that week as well. Can't take my eyes off that scale otherwise will find myself gaining it all back again. Eating more whole foods now. Meal for lunch, cucumber, tuna, lemon squeezed and tomato salad. I don't get hungry anymore and my cravings are gone. So Happy for that alone.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
