I'm surprised that I lost more weight after consuming an excessive 1500 kcals yesterday, and 150G of carbs. I've read that fungus / candida can be a culprit of why weight loss is difficult for people with overgrowth/ colonization...

221.6 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
