hated to weigh in...but since the white summer shorts still fit that i tried on last week, then i have to decide the gain is muscle...and that eventually the scales will show my gains to be losses....
295.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
