Inputting, Retroactively my new diet

I am trying a new Diet. This one, for 4 weeks I eat only proteins, not an ounce of sugar or Starchy Carbs such as bread, rice and potatoes. It has been difficult to find foods that fit this category, as Carbs are the easiest type of food to find. I have lost 6 lbs since I have started Friday. I was told I would lose 10 - 15 % of my body weight in the first 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks there is a 1 Day fast and then another 2 week period of reduced calories. Supposedly this is supposed to jump start my metabolism...we will see.

I have eaten alot of meats and cheeses and am surprised to find myself losing weight.

I also notice I don't feel bloated anymore, ever since I cut the carbs.

I started last Friday at 260 lbs. My mother is also on the Diet.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
