I gave into hunger / craving meat last night. It's not that it was off my diet, but that I ate again before bed.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 63.05g | Prot: 82.18g | Carb: 117.87g.   Breakfast: Good Earth Super Green Tea, Domino's Pizza 12" Thin Crust Hawaiian Feast Pizza. Lunch: 22 Days Plant Power Protein Powder, Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat). Dinner: Watermelon Juice, Taco Cabana Chicken (White) Fajita - without Shell Taco Salad. Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Kodiak Double Chocolate Granola Bar, Black Olives, Katz Gluten Free Glazed Chocolate Donut, Kirkland Signature Almonds. more...

Eating before bed is also my nemesis. It's a hard habit to break but know that you are not alone in your struggles.
