You are right as I've got so big now what I have lost does not really show just on my stomach....that's the thing it takes all your discipline to diet and when you've got it you want the weight off....its almost like wearing an honest pair of shades lol...Maybe a bit of swimming??? Well done with your weight loss. That's not slow progress. Agree with Anne about this. Patience and consistency wins this race. It took time for us to gain excess weight and it takes time to lose it in a healthy way which allows the body to adjust to a new normal and keep the weight off. Good luck with your continuing weight loss journey. Swimming is a great exercise, good choice.
