what a week....
We''ve had a lot of news this week!!,Robin Williams passing,etc. was interesting to find out he the conditions he suffered from are shared by many, including myself.
My week's journey was still an emotional train wreck, with the exception of the news that our new grandchild due at Christmas is a girl!! that and the fact that I've kept my weight in check with my goal of being between 130-135#. So I'm happy with that, and planning another trip next month should ease the stress some.. till Nxt week, Chow!
131.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
