Got really sick last night. My ribs and back hurt from it. only got about 3 hours sleep. Thank goodness I have today off. Have plans but at least it's at my pace.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 277.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
