I had a successful first day on the fat fast. I thought I would be hungry since the amount of food is so low but surprisingly, I can't say I even missed it. I will do this for 4 days and then restart nd hope this helps my metabolism.
Off to another day of orientation. These 0445 AM days are difficult. I used to do it all the time so I know I can but I just need to get in the groove again.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
