I fell of the wagon so to speak...and with this being my last box of Nicorette gum....I suspect that I will be gaining another 5 pounds before all is said and done. But I have incorporated an exercise program in the mornings..in fact I set my alarm back 30 minutes so I now get up at 4:30 am in order to have time to exercise, and read my scriptures, and shower and watch the news, and not feel rushed doing it all...so..we shall see what the next few weeks holds for us.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
