been overeating for a bit, feel like I cant control my appetite, its starting to settle down but still. I got this 21 more days left!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are not alone. I'm just getting it back together (day 2). Find out what the cause of your overeating is and you will get it together. If you find it too hard to control at least grab the healthiest thing available. Also, when I get close to a milestone, I some sabotage my progress. Make certain that's not your pattern too. You will be ok :)

I know I ate up that exact number! Just shun food don't eat until dinner time ( get a fish ,take off skin) and just eat that for the one day, it works! It shows your body to stop wanting so much!
