Hi,
I'm new and just wandering through this site. I plan to follow a restricted diet of 1200 to 1500 calories per day. I'm wondering if you also track your fat grams? It might make a huge difference. Years ago I did the Nutrisystem's plan which limits fat grams to 33 or less, about 20% of the total calorie intake. This might help you - I hope it helps me. Good luck to you.

Thanks Rebecca73. I browsed through your diet calendar - which gives me something to do while I'm waiting for the scale to move down - and I noticed your calorie intake is VERY LOW. Looks like you have lots of willpower (more than me). I'll bet lowering the fat will give you a breakthrough. My first full week is tomorrow but I've been weighing everyday with no change yet. Maybe I can't expect the same rapid results now (in my 50's) that I got 20 years ago on Nutrisystem. I can see that patience will be my biggest challenge this time around.
