Sigh. If it wasn't for the fact that today is an official weigh-in that number would not be recorded at all. Also - wth, scale. The first time I stepped on it this morning, it returned 201.0 lbs. Are you kidding me!? Even more evidence that I think I need to break down and buy my own scale. A new scale. A scale that hasn't lost its mind. >.>

Did pick up a bunch of vegetables and a huge bag of blueberries. Hoping I won't feel like I'm starving tonight like I have been the last week. I really wish I had an idea of what's going on with that. I ate like 2000 calories yesterday and I still found myself feeling hungry. That isn't normal for me. I never feel hungry. Well, maybe once in a blue moon, but come on...

Additionally, today is a rest day for my planks, squats, and calves. Will be running during my walk with Luna today.

I've started eating a small amount every couple hours and I don't feel so hungry anymore. Actually, most of the time I have to force myself to go eat something because I'm really NOT hungry at all, but if I don't, then the whole concept is moot.

Usually, that's the same boat I'm in. Where I'm struggling to get my calories in because I'm not hungry. This last week though as been different. I did start adding running into my workouts - well, I'm working on the running. Right now it's brief spurts of jogging. Lol. But other than that, I've only shifted from last months fitness challenge to this months fitness challenge. What want to do is find a say to save up the money to invest in something like a FitBit so that I can get a clear picture of how many calories my body is really burning every day. If I'm underestimating how much I'm burning, that would definitely explain the hunger. :/ In the meantime, I've picked up veggies and fruit that I've been craving and here's to hoping the fiber in them will help satiate me. :)

Ill share my experience of what i am going through right now. I started at 280ibs, decided that i didn't want to reach my highest point ever again from a few years earlier which was 285ibs(lol 5ibs). So now i am eating super clean. Organic chicken, organic meat, organic brown rice, organic mixed vegetable, greek yogurt with nuts, fruits and plenty of water. I usually take in around 1800-2200 calories. I admit i could be more severe with the diet but i wanted something that felt right. I eat every 2-3 hrs in small portions (2 chicken drumsticks, 3/4 cup rice, 3/4 cup mixed veggies), it is very important to eat in time. I've been late for a couple of meals and my body actually tells me when its time to eat. around 2 1/2 hrs i feel weak and i look down at my watch and its time to eat. Im always needing to eat to make sure i don't get hungry. I put together that the reason for that is that I'm not eating super processed foods that have a crazy amount of sodium and fillers. this is how your body is suppose to run. After thinking about that (even though its all what my belief is) i don't want to return to how i felt before because i feel great now. that being said i get back to my weight.its been a month I've been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. the first week i gained 5ibs, after week two i was at 288ibs!!! WTF!!! i eat clean, i work out, i go to bed to rest!!!! i was mad but not that mad because i know the tools i was using were there so eventually it will happen, and if it was muscle i would gladly take in 8ibs of muscle though my shirts weren't fitting anymore. after week 3 i got back to the start 280ibs. After week 4 i got to 276ibs. Finally!!! some movement, but then you start to analyze and its kinda of the 3ibs?? thats nothing for all the hard work. But then i took a good look at the mirror and told myself, whether you do or you don't do this it was all you! whether you get to what you want or you don't want it was you? whether you wake up tomorrow or not to workout it was you? Ive given up before, several times. And every time it took something away from me. One of my favor quotes Champions keep going when they got nothing left in their tank, when they got nothing else to lose. Right now i am at 273ibs. I know its gonna come off, but whether your gaining or lose weight. Do whats right for your body. don't rush, treat it right. step by step it will happen. Stay positive.
