I've been doing an exercise circuit for 40 minutes 5x a week. I feel stronger. I've also been walking for an hour every day. I'm actively watching my calories. I'm aiming for about 1,400 daily with ~100g of carbs. I hope to be under 139 or less by June 10th. If I get there, I'll reward myself with a manicure and pedicure. Good luck everyone🙏🤞👍💕
