I am so happy that my weight is FINALLY on a downward trend again! I have purposed in my heart to keep eating right, & to do my low impact strengthening & stretching exercises EVERY DAY, & to exercycle at least twice a week. I was doing it for 1/2 hour each time, but in this heat (100+ degrees most days right now) my last time was only about 20 minutes. Still, anything is better than nothing. I need to obtain 2 1-lb dumb bells for my stretching & strengthening exercises. Right now I'm using a rock (paper weight) in one hand & a book in the other. They're about 1 lb each, but I still hope to get the dumb bells. Hubby just told me I should hold our Yorkie "General" in one hand, & his girlie friend "Honey Bear" in the other, LOL! But I explained that they weigh about 5 lbs each, & they wiggle around way too much, so that just won't work, hee hee. It feels so good to KNOW that once I do lose the weight it will STAY OFF, because my eating habits will have changed permanently. Have a great week everyone! ((((Skinny HUGS)))), GLAMMER

So good for you glammer, too funny about using your dogs. They don't have handles so a bit hard to hang on to.

WooHoo for GLAMMER! Amazing weight loss! Before I got my dumb bells I would hold a 16.9 ounce bottle of water in each hand or two cans of kidney beans or something. Good for you on using what you have. Wiggly dogs was funny. :)
