Doing a veggie juice cleanse. I haven't done this in ages. Kale, carrots, apples, lemon, celery and ginger is my all-time fav!
211.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
