currently this weight is a mixture of water weight and some excess calories eaten.

Mostly because I had a hardcore fried breakfast and Mcdonald for lunch and chex mix for snacks yesterday ^^;
123.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
