According to what I write in my calendar here, I eat less that the prescribed 1800 but I have not felt anything yet!!!

when I didn't notice a difference with their recommended calorie intake which was 1400 (that's high for me) I dropped it down 250 calories until I started to see a drop .. sometimes their recommended count is high. try 1600 and see if does the trick....

good idea! I think 1800 is way too much for me! I would set it as 1500-600 and I think it would work!
