I am off the wagon. How can I stay motivated? That is the million dollar question. I have not been getting enough sleep, eating poorly without paying attention, and very inconsistent with my exercise. It is so frustrating to give up what it was so hard to lose. Discouraged today by my lack of inner strength.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

Hi, May I make a crazy suggestion? Do like I did and throw it all out! My husband was diagnosed as a Diabetic. I teased him and no kidding 1 month later I was. My daughter and son-in-law laughed at me for laughing at my hubby. Long story short, 2 weeks later son-in-law's doctor called him. Guess what - Pre-Diabetic. I laughed so hard but it is said because he is only 26. OK to my point... My daughter asked me HOW did I get our sugars down to be able to get off insulin. Just like I told my doctor when she asked... I threw it ALL out. No temptation that way. Yes, I threw out ALL the Wheat products (including the flour canister), anything with Sugar (including the Sugar canister), Potatoes & Rice. I found very low good tasting Pita Bread & Tortillas for when we MUST have bread.
