Good afternoon everyone!!! H2O weight off, I guess. I have to stay hydrated and with that I work to take in more protein, less carbs. It's about to get real with the heat!!! Stay safe!!!
131.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
