Hi there! Well I'm mostly concentrating on diet, with a little bit of exercise (doing the 100 pushups and 200 situps challenges from http://hundredpushups.com/). I eat a non-processed diet, with lots of fresh fruits and veggies and a good portion of lean meat every day. If you want any more specific advice, feel free to ask :) Although as you can see in my weight history I had a big spike recently so I'm not sure if I'm the beste person to ask!
