Ok, so it went up. Now it is time to refocus your efforts, planning your daily menu and checking the entire RDI Pie to makes sure that you are getting all the nutrients. You can do it. Tip: Make sure you are making the most of your calories with healthy choices instead of junk food. You can do it. I will be here to cheer you on.
