Have been recording food, but not visiting site. I think my scale needs a new battery, or maybe I need a new scale. Depending on my movement it can fluctuate up or down 3 lbs. so not sure of exact weight. Anyone have a scale they love? Recommendations?
203.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always use Safeway electronic scale it never lies, whether it is happy truth or pain full truth it doesn't care about your feelings only the correct numbers
