one more pound. i better keep it together this weekend. planning to go for a bike ride later. And need to go grocery shopping. fingers crossed that by Monday the weight isn't back
141.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
