My first two days back on track have resulted in a slight weight loss, PTL! Yesterday, we were out almost all day helping our children, and I didn't eat as much as usual. Ended Tuesday with 1,813 calories, which is GREAT compared to my usual consumption.

Praying everyone is having a good week so far, or that it gets better starting now!
257.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 107.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
