I did weigh myself this morning. I didn't want to weigh in daily because I prefer weekly, but this is my result after day 1. I did do a double-duty workout yesterday because I missed two days this week (so I covered one day missed). I know my diet played a major role. I felt hungry, but I went to sleep to keep myself away from sticking things into my mouth. Snacking on fresh beans from my garden really helped after dinner.

Logging my weigh in daily scares me even though I physically weigh myself everyday.

I forgot to mention drinking tea helped too.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
