The Italians have a saying,which I will adapt into my world. It’s Basta, it means enough, when said with a forceful voice. So BASTA!!!!! Not one more ounce.

162.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb. Still to go: 32.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.3 lb a week
