1396 kcal Fat: 24.38g | Prot: 52.12g | Carb: 120.87g.   Breakfast: almond silk vanilla milk, kroger whole grain oats. Lunch: pork, bell pepper, rice vinegar, zucchini, Olive oil, Original Hummus, lettuce. Dinner: mushrooms, onions, zucchini, broccoli, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: banana, grapes, Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, pinot noir, black olives, Tootsie Roll (Midgees), breton crackers. more...
