First of all, I saw 226.6 lbs. I cringed. That's right, I recoiled at the site of such a big drop. I don't know why I'm so anxious seeing go down this time around. Like it disturbs me. I stepped on it, fully dressed and saw 229.2 lbs. I was sure that had to be wrong. I shouldn't complain about being under 230 lbs, fully clothed, but it just seems weird. I did a quick tape check because the last thing I want is to lose pounds but stop losing inches.

July Fitness Challenge:
2.144 miles walked
1x90 sec plank
1x50 sec plank
2x40 sec modified side plank
4x10 modified pushups*
2x60 upper crunches
30 min swim

*For the record, my pushups have always been modified - or "girl" - pushups. I just decided to start specifying today because my side planks are modified and I didn't want to take credit for a full side plank when I can't do them again yet.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
