I can't believe I am finally losing the weight. I have to pinch myself. I got off the scale and back on to make sure the weight was right. I just have to keep going. Slow but sure I'll get there.

267.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
