I am 47 years old and I am a goverment worker and sit at a desk all day. I get two breaks per day and will try to get out and walk more in this nicer weather. I am a single mother of a 15 year old son. I have a German Shepherd dog and love animals. I use to raise and train horses. My weight has always been a problem, but I have gradually gained more over time with the most gained since my divorce. I really need to get it under control for my health and well being.
