Well I lost 3 lbs since yesterday morning. I am sure that is all water weight, but I already feel better. Not so bloated as I was feeling. I went way over the carbs I wanted to allow myself yesterday, but a whole lot less than I have been having before I started.
Ordered a treadmill yesterday. Not sure when it will arrive, but I plan to use it at least 3 days a week. Already have a climber and will get at least one other piece of equipment this year. My company wants us to be healthy and they give us $500 a year wellness benefit that can be used for gym equipment, gym memberships and such. Last year, I let that benefit go and got nothing. This benefit year ends April 30, and I barely made it, but $500 towards my treadmill meant that I could get one much better than otherwise.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
