I did actually have treats yesterday but didnt go overboard - it was a planned treat day ( kind of for my birthday ).
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As long as you can keep your treats basically within your RDI, who cares? I mean, yeah, it's not something you want to do every day, but it was your birthday! Happy birthday!

Treats are important!! I believe in balancing low calorie days with a few "naughtier" days to keep my body guessing! I have metabolic issues and varying calories has really helped me lose weight*
